Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day: Do you make New Year's resolutions? If so, how successful are you at keeping them?

Yes, and results vary, but I seem to be keeping this one so far. Possibly because I just thought it would be fun to answer all the questions. It's the serious resolutions about Being a Better Person that reportedly are hard to keep.
