I've always preferred to be in the office because the physical context helps with both keeping me on track during work times and disconnecting at non-work times. But sitting in a comfortable chair, with my spare monitors that I was allowed to bring home for the duration, rather than hunched over my laptop on the couch, I have to say, it's been a lot easier than I expected to maintain the separation between work and life.
