National Postcard Day

I just found out that there is a National Postcard Day, and it was October 1. This sounds like a fun official day that I should try participating in next year.

I found this out via a postcard, naturally, arriving yesterday from delosharriman. Which means it took 12 days to get here from Texas, yikes.

It's quite curious. One I sent to LA arrived on or before the 9th, as I have already received a return postcard with that date. One I sent to Germany arrived this past Saturday, the 10th. I was notified today (the 14th) that one I sent to Canada had arrived, in the same delivery with a letter dated August the 25th.
