petrea_mitchellTake the Stairs Day. Does your house have stairs? If you have the choice of stairs or an elevator, which do you choose?
It does not. I used to climb up and down stairs on my breaks at various offices, but now I work from home and every time I do wind up going up and down stairs, my body likes to remind me that I hardly do that anymore. I'll still generally take the stairs if it's only a couple of floors.
