World Choral Day: Have you ever sung in a choir?

Yes! I was in a community choir from late high school to about 10 years ago. It got squeezed out of my life by my having too many hobbies. It's on my list of things I'm telling myself I'll find time to pick up again in retirement.

Stretching Day: How flexible are you? Do you do any stretching or flexibility exercises regularly?

Okay for my age, I guess? I do a little bit of stretching every evening because it helps me relax.
