Unexpected milestone

petrea_mitchellToday I had my first unmasked conversation with someone slightly less than 6 feet away.
It happened because while riding my bike to the bus stop, I skidded on a pinecone or some other debris, ran into the curb, and fell off. This caused a woman who was out for a walk nearby to come over, inquire if I was okay, advise me to take it easy and walk for a bit, comment that neither of us are spring chickens anymore, etc.
I am fine, just one big scrape and a bruise or two. Any bike accident I can stand up immediately after is not a bad bike accident.
