Today's adventure in convention reporting

Today I joined a convention Discord server to ask where the con is being held, because I cannot for the life of me find a specific venue on its Web site.

Could be Virtual. There are still a lot that are.

That was my first thought, but there were definite references to things happening in the physical world. Just not where in the physical world they were expected to happen...
