International Kite Day: Have you ever flown a kite? Have you ever been to a kite festival? Have you ever flown a kite at a kite festival?

Once or twice, no, no. I remember having a kite for a while as a kid, but there was nowhere nearby that I could actually fly it. I have one clear memory of getting to fly it on a beach on the San Francisco peninsula, and I think there might have been another time.
