Cereal Day: What cereals do you like? If you had cereal for breakfast this morning what was it? What was your favourite as a child?

I've never cared a whole lot for cereal. I remember being fed Cheerios as a kid and not liking them. As an adult, for a while, I tried eating Raisin Bran and similar for breakfast, but I've found a protein-heavy breakfast works better for me.
