Good Samaritan Day: Have you ever been a good Samaritan for a stranger? Has anyone ever been one for you? Do you think people are less likely to help out these days than in the past?

I don't know, what's the cutoff? I've donated to fundraisers and helped people out in small ways, but the opportunity to do something big has not come to me yet.
