Mouthguard Day: Have you ever had to wear a mouthguard, either because you practised a certain sport, or as protection because you tend to grind your teeth at night, or for some other reason?

I do currently have to wear a night guard. One of these days when I have the food sensitivities completely sorted out, I'd like to reevaluate whether it's necessary.
