I'll be reporting on the actual results of voting and stuff in the next SMOF News, but here are some personal impressions of the WSFS BM.

1) The whole meeting experience is immensely improved by having people muted by default. It was great to not have to deal with noise leakage from outside, or people inadvertently slamming the door as they enter or leave, or several people jumping in to pre-empt the chair every time someone asked for a clarification or had a procedural question. And it was nice to be able to step away for urgent things a couple times and know that I wasn't distracting anyone.

2) Excellent work by the meeting officers. The chair was prepared for all the things it was possible to anticipate, and the person writing the text for the voting function made it clear what effect the options had.

3) More focus afterward on improving the workings of the meeting itself. This is hardly the first time that aggravating amounts of everyone's time were spent arguing over amendments trying to wordsmith motions at the last minute, but this is the first time I've seen that be one of the main topics of discussion afterward in multiple forums.
