DoubleTree cookies

petrea_mitchellAfter learning that DoubleTree had released its cookie recipe, I had to try making them.
I didn't do all that well. My biggest mistake was getting walnut pieces rather than proper chopped walnuts, in my haste. So I wound up with thick, lumpy cookies rather than the nice smooth round ones I should have.
They definitely taste right, though. I'll have to try again in a few weeks when I've finished these off...
