One week of daylight savings time left! I've been making an effort to not get up before 7am the last couple weeks so that I don't have to change my schedule at the time change. (Yes, yes, I know some of you are not morning people, just trust me, some days it takes actual willpower for me.)

The weather has been dry, and turned very cold this weekend, more appropriate to January than November. The forecast this morning mentioned possible light snow flurries, which it's way too early for around here.

Some things cannot come soon enough. This week even my favorite gaming comic was talking about hiding until after the election. Wal-Mart, ever with its finger on the pulse of the country, has moved its Black Friday sale to November 4th.

I'm sorry Halloween is being overshadowed by everything this year, because we have a perfect day for it coming up. A Saturday, a full moon, and (at least here) clear weather.

We have insane parents who are planning on doing trick or treat despite the city shutting down all its childrens activities and warning people to stay home to prevent the spread of the virus, as is the governor.

I expect the daily cases to double in the next 2 weeks and the death toll to be considerably higher as well because of it. Stupid people will risk the lives of their children and themselves for a night out of the house
