Achievement unlocked: Thanksgiving dinner

It's been... maybe over a decade since the SO and I were both home on Thanksgiving and I tried to cook an entire dinner. Usually we're visiting relatives.
We went with turkey legs for the meat, since it was only the two of us and neither of us much cares for stuffing. As an extra bonus it was possible to cook them for the exact same amount of time and at the same temperature as a couple of russet potatoes. We also had butter flake rolls (bought, not made) and steamed sweet corn.
Usually I'd get my cranberry fix with some apple-cranberry Martinelli's, but the store we went to on Sunday didn't have it. They were also out of the right kind of whipping cream, so I wound up not making a pumpkin pie. I don't mind too much, I'll make one sometime when they do have it. Probably more than once.
So instead I had some of the dark cherry Tillamook ice cream that's been in the freezer for months and I really need to finish off.
Anyway, it was all reasonably successful. I think I could work on fine-tuning cooking and seasoning of the turkey legs, but hopefully we'll be back to our old routine next year.
